A standard car licence (category B) is enough: the motorhome has a gross vehicle weight of 3,500 kg. The minimum age and how long you must have held your licence depend on the insurance conditions. Please see the rental terms.

It depends on the season: 3 days in low season, 4 in mid season and 7 in high and peak season (August and special dates). The calendar will let you know when you choose your dates.

Rentals of 3 to 6 days include 300 km per day, and each extra kilometre costs €0.40. Rentals of 7 days or more come with unlimited mileage.

Request your booking on the website and your dates are held for 48 hours. Confirm it by paying 30 % by bank transfer (you get the details straight away and by email); the balance is paid 7 days before departure. If you book less than 7 days ahead, the full amount is paid. We can also finalise it on WhatsApp.

Yes, €1,000, separate from the rental payment and pre-authorised before handover. When you return the motorhome, we check its exterior and interior condition, any damage, inventory and accessories, fuel, chemical WC, grey water tank, cleanliness and any outstanding charges. It is released within 7 days at most, unless an incident is pending assessment, and only the amount needed is withheld.

Awning, bike rack, table and chairs, cookware, gas (bottles handed over full), WC products, cleaning kit, Smart TV, solar panel, 300 Ah lithium, inverter, heating, indoor and outdoor shower, safety equipment and roadside assistance as per the insurance terms. Standard cleaning is also included.

Yes, on request and subject to approval: €65 per booking with special cleaning included. If the vehicle is returned exceptionally dirty or with damage caused by the pet, this will be charged separately in accordance with the rental terms. Just let us know when you book.

Yes, you can travel in Spain and in the countries covered by the insurance. Let us know when you book so we can prepare the paperwork.

At our premises in Les Franqueses del Vallès (Barcelona), next to Granollers, always by appointment. When you book, you choose an approximate time that we'll confirm with you.

Yes, we have parking for customers' cars during the trip, subject to availability.

Yes, it's fully prepared for it: Truma Combi 4 heating with CP Plus, EisEx, DuoControl CS and a heated grey water tank.

More than 30 days before: we refund what you have paid minus a €50 admin fee. 15 to 30 days: 30 % of the total. 7 to 14 days: 50 %. Less than 7 days or no-show: 100 %. If we manage to re-let the dates, we review it case by case.

No. Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited and incurs a surcharge from €250.

Starlink Mini provides satellite internet in many places without mobile coverage, but the service is subject to Starlink availability and coverage and needs a location with a clear view of the sky (with no trees or buildings in the way).

We rent a motorhome (often called a camper, campervan or RV): a self-contained vehicle with beds, kitchen and bathroom that you drive on a standard car licence, with nothing to tow. Pick-up is in Les Franqueses del Vallès, next to Granollers and about 30 minutes from Barcelona.
